wowpkr makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing wowpkr complies with all laws applicable to you in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction from which you access the platform. wowpkr accepts no liability for any breach by a User of applicable local laws.
To access real-money services on wowpkr, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to keep it updated.
Each individual may hold only one active wowpkr account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at wowpkr's discretion, and any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wowpkr login credentials. You must notify wowpkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. wowpkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not maintained by the User.
wowpkr is required to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification document — such as your Pakistani CNIC or passport — along with proof of address where required. wowpkr reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functions until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
wowpkr currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may change without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the wowpkr cashier at the time of transaction.
All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or their equivalent. Deposits must originate from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. wowpkr does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been used for deposits by the same account holder, or to a verified method in the account holder's own name. wowpkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier; wowpkr is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. wowpkr reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, following written notice to the email address on file. Account balances will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
All betting and casino game activity on wowpkr is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed within the platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
Reproduction, distribution, public display or creation of derivative works from any wowpkr content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Upon termination for breach, wowpkr reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to User breach, any verified balance will be refunded via the User's registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

wowpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the wowpkr platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud risk.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the wowpkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a proposed change, you must cease using wowpkr and may request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the wowpkr platform shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting wowpkr support at [email protected] with a written description of the issue.
wowpkr will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by wowpkr.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in an appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
